Ceilink panels are specifically designed to fit easily under an existing roof to deliver a premium alfresco look without the need to rebuild. The 900mm wide panel features a fire-retardant EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) insulated core sandwiched between a foil backing and a white steel, pre-finished ceiling face to dramatically reduce radiant heat transfer, mould and condensation.

In Australia, staying comfortable while outside requires effective thermal performance to minimise the effect of extreme temperatures. Traditional outdoor roofing materials, such as steel, absorb summer heat and radiate that heat downwards. If there is no insulation underneath, the area will become too hot and uncomfortable to use.
Ceilink panels combine a reflective foil barrier with an expanded polystyrene (EPS) core to improve the comfort levels of the space below.
Being protected from the harsh summer heat means you can enjoy a pleasant and more consistent temperature in your outdoor space. On a balmy 32° day, the temperature of a steel roof could be as high as 58.5°. With Ceilink insulated panels, that temperature will typically be reduced to the ambient temperature of 32°.
Winter Benefits
During the cooler winter months, moisture will form under a steel roof, often leaving drops of condensation in the space below increasing the potential for mildew and mould on furniture. Ceilink panels, with their EPS core, will insulate the roof, preventing the build-up of unwanted condensation, giving you a year-round solution for enjoying your outdoor lifestyle at home.

Ceilink offers a complete ceiling lining solution designed for easy installation. The rigid, pre-finished panels fit easily into a perimeter channel that is secured to your existing structure. The panels mate together with ease when the male and female joints engage. The installation process can be completed in 4 simple steps:
- Measure the space for accurate dimensions of materials
- Fix perimeter channel to existing structure
- Install panels into channel and fix them together by engaging the male and female joints
- Secure panels in place using spacers provided
