Is there a warranty on Versiclad Products?
Yes. Versiclad’s 10 Year Warranty covers structural defects and delamination which are caused as a result of the manufacturing process.
Does Versiclad supply directly to the public?

Yes, we do. Whilst we are unable to install your project we can refer you to one of our preferred installers if required.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we do. With a dedicated fleet, we can ensure your order is delivered on site and on time, anywhere in Australia. Fees apply.

Is Versiclad Roofing suitable for Australia Cyclonic Conditions?
Our insulated roof panels have been engineered for Australian conditions (to NCC guidelines) and are compliant with Australian Standards. For full engineering details please contact our sales team.
What is a free span?
Free span is the distance between two support beams or walls.
Can I overhang the panel beyond the beam?
Yes, you may overhang (we call this cantilever) the panel past the support beam to create an eave. Please contact our sales team for details.
What does trafficable mean?
Trafficable means you can walk on the product for maintenance purposes only. (trafficable does not apply to overhang/cantilever areas).
What is a structural insulated panel?
Structural Insulated Panels, sometimes referred to as SIPs are prefabricated sheets of building materials with an EPS core that serve as a light weight insulation solution, while the outer layers are made of steel.
Where are Versiclad roof panels made?
Our roof wall and ceiling panels are manufactured in Casula, Sydney. Family owned and operated since 1986, we take pride in our reputation for quality and unique products, as well as our customer service and satisfaction, combined with our fast turnaround times. Versiclad panels are made in Australia, manufactured to withstand the Australian environment.
Do you have a product that is suitable for coastal and marine environments?
Yes, we have optional corrosion resistant paint finish, Magnaflow™, a pre-painted steel with magnesium added which is ideal for harsh environments and those sites near the coast.
Can I use Versiclad in bush fire prone areas?
Yes, Versiclad insulated roof panels are certified up to BAL-40 with the use of fire flashings (Bushfire Attack Level).
Is Versiclad roofing suitable to bespoke designed outdoor areas?
Versiclad insulated roof panels are suitable to a variety of custom design solutions for your next outdoor living area.
What is the ‘R’ Value of the panels?
The maximum ‘R’ Value of our panels is RT5.07, however each of our panels has a different ‘R’ value depending on its thickness. You can find out the ‘R’ values of each of our products by downloading the Product Flyers on our Product Information page.
What is the longest sheet you can manufacture?
The maximum length we manufacture is 15m, however this varies from one product to another. You can find out the maximum lengths available for each of our products when you download our Product Catalogue from our Technical Information page.
Can I match your panels with a house roof of corrugated steel or Trimdeck?
Yes, you can. We offer different profiles which can be matched to house roofs of either traditional corrugated steel or Trimdeck. Visit our Roof Products page to view our range.
What is the thickest roof panel you manufacture?
The maximum thickness of our roof panels is 200mm, however this varies from one product to another. You can find out the maximum thickness of each of our roof products by downloading the Product Catalogue on our Technical Information page.
What is the thickest wall panel you manufacture?
The maximum thickness of our roof panels is 103mm, however this varies from one product to another. You can find out the maximum thickness of each of our wall products by downloading the Product Catalogue on our Technical Information page.
How far do your panels span?
Our panels can span as far as 11.4m, however this varies from one product to another. You can find out the span of each of our products on our Span Tables page.
Are your panels rated for snow loading?
Yes, our Spacemaker roof panel is rated for snow loading. The details of which can be found on our Technical Information page.
What does left lap/right lap mean in relation to a Versiclad roof panel?
