Ceilink is an insulated lining panel system designed to upgrade garages, sheds and metal structures with speed and simplicity.
Installed beneath existing roof or wall framing, Ceilink delivers insulation and a clean, pre-finished internal surface in one streamlined system — reducing installation stages and eliminating the need for multiple lining products.

Engineered for Efficient Installation
Ceilink simplifies traditional lining methods by combining structure, insulation and finish in a single panel.
Each 900mm-wide panel features:
- Prefinished steel face
- Fire-retardant EPS core
- Reflective foil backing
- Self-mating interlocking joints
Lightweight at 3.85kg/m² and designed to install into a colour-matched aluminium perimeter channel, panels can span up to 4m unsupported — reducing additional framing requirements and maintaining a clean ceiling line.
No battening. No plasterboard. No setting or painting.
Thermal Performance Built In
Metal structures are prone to radiant heat gain and condensation. Ceilink is engineered to improve thermal stability and internal comfort.

- 52mm thick insulated panel construction
- Reflective foil backing to reduce radiant heat transfer
In comparative testing at 32°C external temperature:
- Standard steel ceiling surface: 58.8°C
- Ceilink-lined ceiling surface: 32.3°C
By limiting heat transfer, Ceilink supports a more usable, stable internal environment year-round.

Integrated Lighting & Finishing Options
Ceilink is designed to deliver a clean, consistent ceiling finish with straightforward integration of lighting and services.
Panels can accommodate LED downlights or LED light strips, allowing lighting to be incorporated without secondary framing or exposed fittings. This ensures a streamlined installation process and a professional, flush result.
The LED light strip system runs within powder-coated aluminium extrusions positioned between panels using the male and female joint system. An acrylic diffuser provides soft, even illumination while maintaining a clean ceiling line.
The result is a fully integrated ceiling solution that combines insulation, lining and lighting within one coordinated system.
